The life of a Spider

Spider-man. We all know who he is. He has been a cultural icon for years and years. We have all heard his name from comics and movies, but maybe you're someone who does not watch or read such things. Have no fear! for I am here! We shall explore Spidey's powers, origin, and villains. There are a plethora of villains for the Spider. We will only focus on a few for this website. His powers also are rather complicated when you take a moment to scientifically disect what he can do as a hero. Thankfully, we do not have to go into the scientific details, but rather the simple ones.

Through the available links provided at the top, we will be exploring the life of Spider-Man. It will be a fun and implorative experince for all involved. Today, some of you may learn Spider-Man's real name. Some may recognize it all to the exact wording, but a select few may be finding out about him for the first time. Now, obvioualy Spidey's story stretches over the course of about 60 years. This journey will be an informative one that includes the basics of what makes a Spider-Man. So pour yourself a steaming cup of coffee, or cold, and lets read together.

origin

The story differs from comics and movies. Every writer has their own take on the beginnings of Spider-Man. It becomes more complicated when factoring in the multivere of Spidey's. Technically, in Marvel, there is an infinte number of Spider-Man, all with different stories. In fact, there are several comics documenting how big the "Spider-Verse" really is. New movies being released to a modern audience also help introduce the multiverse of Spider-Men. Luckily for us, there are some basics we will be taking a look at today. You think you know the "Spider-Man", do you? Well, we will see once you are done reading this.


Who is the man destined to be Spider-Man? well, his name is Peter Parker. He is a nerdy High Schooler who often gets bullied. One day, his school decided to take his class on a field trip to a science exhibit. While he was there, a mysterious spider crawled on Peter's hand, proceeding to bite him. This spider was radioactive from being experimented on. After he was bit, Peter decided to go home and relax. He awoke the next day with the powers of a spider. following the death of Uncle Ben, Peter decided to become a hero named Spider-Man

Powers

As stated in the last page, Peter Parker was bit by a radioactive spider granting him powers. What are these powers? Well, let us just say they are nothing short of amazing I shall proceed to explain them to you. Like the origin, there are many types of powers for all the spiders in the comics. There are even different people who are Spider-Man, such as Miles Morales who has venom shock powers as well. but we will continue to focus on the main Spider-Man. He has the basic powers you would assume from a man called "Spider-Man", but I will dive a little deeper in explaining them to you.


To begin, we shall talk about his enhanced strength. The spider gave him strength proportional to that of a spider. He can lift several tons due to this strength. That's not all he has though. He also has a Spider-sense. this allows him to detect danger, even if there is none. he uses this in battle to warn him of when enemies will get him. He also has enhanced speed and reflexes due to the bite. Many believe he has the power to shoot webs, but he does not. He has to hand-craft his web shooters that allow him to shoot webs and swing around New York.

Villains

With great power, comes great responsibility. Due to this, Peter Parker feels the need to protect New York city from criminals, and just as he has powers, so do the people who mean evil. for the most part, Spider-Man is more powerful and smart than all of his foes, so he able to beat them. Occasionally, some of his enemies get the better of him, but to him, that just means he needs to try harder. He always finds a way to win no matter how hard. Let us take a look at some of these dastardly foes, shall we?


To start, we will be looking at a viilain named dock ock. Dr. Otto Octavious was a scientist trying to create mechanical arms to help him with his experiments, but due to an accident, the arms fused with his mind and body turning him bad. Next, we have Electro. Max Diilion was an electrician who was involved in an accident that mutated his body to be pure electricity. Now, Max calls himself Electro and uses his powers for his own needs, rather than for the greater good. Finally, we have Green Goblin. Norman Osborn was experimenting on himself to be stronger, but ended up just going crazy.
